What Clients Say

06/09/2025 came in for a regular visit. Not too busy at around 2:00pm on a Monday as to be expected. But the service and the food here are always the best. Ordered a French Dip sandwich with A jus and fries. The sandwich was phenomenal. The meat tender, and the A just took it to a whole other level. Update on 02/18/2025 second visit. Still like the place. The service is great, and the food is good. But I have one complaint about their cornbread. It is way too crumbly and dry. I had been putting off coming here for a very long time. Why, I don't really know. But now that I have, there's nothing bad to say about this place. The interior might be a bit dated, but there's a train track hovering over the entire dining area, and there's a train that actually runs through it, while you're dining. Kinda of a cool feature for kids of ALL AGES. 😉 But the main reason I'm giving this place 5 stars is because of the service I received, and witnessed others receiving as well. All the waitresses are extremely welcoming, attentive, and cordial. And the food was phenomenal. So I will be returning to this place as soon as possible to try more items on the menu. You should too!

Ive been coming here since I was too young to form memories, the family stopped going for a while, but we started trying to have breakfast here more often, I may even start coming in alone from time to time for the breakfast, for 12.99 I got a very filling, perfectly cooked, and well seasoned breakfast, if youre a local or if for some reason will be in the area and need a good breakfast, this is a wonderful little option, the train running through the place is a great little touch. Edit: I forgot entirely to mention how wonderful the staff are aswell, a very friendly and welcoming attitude, and they were very attentive

Nice "hole in the wall" breakfast, brunch and lunch spot. They do also have dinner options but they close a little early around 4pm on a weekend. A lot of different menu selections are available. A little something for everyone. Love the running model train that tours the restaurant while you eat. The home potatoes and sausage were excellent. Service was fast and courteous. Service staff was wearing masks and they have built in plexiglass deviders between booths. This allows for more privacy when eating. Prices were reasonable. Would definitely visit again to try some more menu options.

I love it when my husband and I find a good mom & pop restaurant and this one is definitely a gem. The reviews were great and it wasn't that busy when we went, so we were more than happy to try it. They offer your typical American breakfast (we were in the mood for corned beef hash) which come in the perfect portion size. The food was cooked the way we wanted it and the waitresses were really nice. Ask them to run the train overhead.
